CURRENT TROPICAL CYCLONES:

There are no Tropical Cyclones

>>> Off the Southeastern U.S. Coast:

A broad area of low pressure located a couple of hundred miles off the southeastern U.S. coast continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms.

Development of this system is not expected before it moves inland over South Carolina and North Carolina on Friday due to strong upper-level winds.

However, the disturbance could contribute to areas of heavy rainfall and possible flash flooding across portions of the Carolina’s and Mid-Atlantic through Friday night.
